4 cups fresh spinach
1 cup grapefruit juice (100% juice, no sugar added)
1/2 cup frozen berries
Blend all ingredients. You can pour into single serving cups and freeze until ready to serve.
Add in 1 to 2 cups of non-fat greek yogurt to make this a filling snack.
For a sweeter smoothie, add in 1 Tbs agave nectar.
Makes 4 servings. 1/2 cup per serving.
